Nature of the Site

This private reference points readers toward Madison County and Missouri inmate, jail, release, supervision, court, and federal custody resources. It stores no official records. It cannot confirm custody, order a release, file documents, or act for an agency. Some pages connect users with outside research tools, which remain separate services.

Acceptable Use Rules

• hiring, firing, or other employment decisions;
• tenant selection or housing decisions;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licensing, permits, or eligibility for government programs; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links and Tools

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections pages, release-record systems, federal locators, legal resources, or third-party search services. A link is not an endorsement. This site does not control an outside provider’s content, availability, fees, search results, or data handling. Review that provider’s own terms before using it.

No Warranties

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that:

• information is complete, accurate, or current;
• access will always be uninterrupted;
• the site will be free of errors or security flaws; or
• a partner search will locate every relevant record.

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing presented here is an official statement by the Madison County Sheriff, MODOC, a court, or another government agency.
