A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Madison County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
If you send an email or contact message, the details you provide are retained as needed to answer. They are not shared beyond the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
