A sentenced state prisoner belongs in the statewide MODOC search, even when the case began in Madison County. Federal BOP custody uses the BOP locator. ICE civil detention uses the ICE locator and Detention Reporting and Information Line, while a USMS pretrial release may require the federal docket or a USMS records request.
